The excessive use of chemical fertilizers can degrade the soil by causing chemical and nutritional imbalances. Therefore, the use of biofertilizers was evaluated as an alternative to improve soil fertility in melon cultivation. The results showed that the combined application of organic fertilizers and beneficial microorganisms promoted the soil's chemical balance and increased macronutrient availability. These effects contribute to reducing soil degradation, promoting environmentally responsible production.
